As a Sports Therapist, I thought I was invincible. Never getting injured. But I realise I do, I’m mainly getting injured from just being clumsy.
A month ago, a person in Fitlane came up to me and said “you look like you are in pain” It was a saturday morning, so I couldn’t phone my doctor. “I just nodded and said yes”
