Technique of Sports Massage

Sports massage focuses on areas of the body that are overused and stressed from repetitive and often aggressive exercise. It involves applying firmer and deeper finger pressure and friction and trigger point techniques to repeatedly breakdown scar tissue from previous injuries, such as ligaments, tendons and muscles.

Caroline has been treating me for about 2 years now.
